Head-On Crash Results in Serious Injuries and Impaired Driver Arrest
Milton, ON - The westbound lanes of Highway 401 were closed at Guelph Line on August [Date] after a collision involving as many as four tractor-trailers. The crash caused significant delays for motorists.
The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) reported that a suspect impaired driver is in custody and another driver sustained serious injuries in a separate head-on crash that also closed a stretch of Highway 401 in Milton. The driver who caused the head-on collision has been charged.
In a third incident, a driver was transported to hospital by air ambulance following a three-vehicle collision on Highway 401 at Guelph Line, according to Guelph Police Service.
