Home to the Privateers

Maestri Field is the home stadium for the University of New Orleans (UNO) Privateers baseball team, a member of the Division I Southland Conference. The stadium has hosted numerous NCAA tournaments, including the 2012 Southland Conference Tournament.

In addition to college baseball, Maestri Field has also been used for high school baseball tournaments and other events. Its scenic location and proximity to Lake Pontchartrain make it a popular destination for both fans and players.

History and Renovations

Maestri Field was initially built for an estimated $750,000 and has undergone several renovations over the years. In 2012, the stadium was extensively renovated after being damaged by Hurricane Katrina. The renovations included new seating, lighting, and amenities, bringing the stadium up to modern standards.
