For the second quarter of 2024, American Vanguard reported:
- Revenue of $1.2 billion, an increase of 10% compared to the prior-year period.
- Net income of $120 million, an increase of 15% compared to the prior-year period.
- Diluted earnings per share of $1.00, an increase of 16% compared to the prior-year period.
